After almost 2 years of hiatus, Blackpink is finally making a comeback with their second studio album “Born Pink”. On August 22, the Blackpink star released teasers of her V Magazine cover. #LisaXCeline immediately started trending when the brand ambassador collaborated with Celine by donning an elegant black dress for her first V-cover. As an ambassador for luxury brand Bvlgari, she was seen sporting their jewelry for the cover. Although V Magazine is an American magazine, it also has a large following in Asia, leading critics and fashion influencers to hail Lisa as its first Asian and K-pop cover star. It is a great success because the magazine only prints six issues a year.

The Thai-born K-pop idol will be on the cover of her Fall 2022 issue which will be released in September. Lisa’s modeling career also took off with the cover of V Magazine being another feather in her cap.
