BTS found themselves once again on the cover of the famous TIME magazine. And this time around, they were joined by none other than the founder of Big Hit Entertainment, the company that formed BTS and which has now become HYBE Labels, Bang Si Hyuk.
Also known as Hitman Bang or Bang PD, a septet alongside the businessman and record producer, has been selected by TIME magazine as one of the 100 most influential companies in the world right now. The company in question is none other than HYBE.
They are expected to feature on the cover of the magazine’s April edition where HYBE was named alongside Apple, Disney, TikTok and other popular companies around the world. The cover shows the eight men, all dapper in tailored suits as they stare at the camera. Chairman Bang Si Hyuk stands in the center as the BTS supergroup surrounds him. The sprawling quote reads, “South Korea’s HYBE is reinventing the music industry (with a little help from BTS!)”, referring to the millions of dollars in profits the group has brought in company that started humbly.
This is BTS’s third appearance on the popular cover. They debuted on TIME in 2018 where they were crowned as Next Generation Leaders. A few years later, BTS was named 2020 TIME’s Artist of the Year. Now, making another TIME-ly comeback, the boys have been credited for their small business success as HYBE reinvents itself to be the one of the 100 most influential companies worldwide.
